Ok, let’s get started. First, ladies I know most of you are doing the best they can to make there skin glow. well look no more,water will do the thing. Don’t go looking for experience bleaching creams and soaps. I know some of you are curious to know how water can help the skin. Well I will tell you.

Yes water will make skin glow and it will also make your lips stop looking cracked all the time. All you have to do is drink 8 cup of water a day. I know some of you are not that determined to get that done every day. But let’s look at the bright side after a week or so your skin will glow. And that not all if you keep it up you will even eliminate pimples .

And you know what, the best thing about it is that it is free of charge. So next time you go shopping don’t buy expensive oils just use water.

Secondly,I know some of you are trying to reduce weight, some even go to an extent of buying some pills to reduce weight. Well I have a solution to that also did you know that water acts as a natural detoxifyer .

Yeah, you read me write. By drinking a gallon of water for 30days or a month you can reduce pounds of fat . Girls even belly fat can be reduced.

Next it has been proven that water can help increase blood in your body. So if you have been told that you don’t have enough blood in your body water is right for you.also remember to follow the doctors orders and eat fruits.

Once again ginger is for you you make ginger tea every night and drink it. I tell you that ginger will reduce your belly fat.always remember to drink it every night. Once the water has boiled ,pour it into a cup and squeeze lemon juice into the ginger water.you can drink it as it is or even add a little bit of sugar.
